1. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from US-based warehouses. You are not waiting weeks for a package coming from overseas. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use that number at any major carrier website to follow your package in real time.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Email us at support@carryreadyco.com with your order number and we will take care of you.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at support@carryreadyco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
6. Are your products high quality?
Every product in our catalog is hand selected for durability and real world practicality. We only carry gear we would trust in an actual situation. If something doesn't meet that standard it doesn't make it into our store.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that your order may already be processed and on its way. Email us immediately at support@carryreadyco.com and we will do everything we can to help.
8. Do you offer gift options?
Our EDC Starter Bundle makes an excellent gift for anyone into camping, hiking, preparedness, or everyday carry. We are working on gift wrapping options — check back soon.
