Our Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will make it right — period.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return email us at support@carryreadyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damage to support@carryreadyco.com and we will send a replacement immediately at no charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item we will send the correct one immediately and cover all shipping costs. No return necessary.
Items Not Covered
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged through normal wear and tear.
